Were rules are stored internally is an unimportant technical detail, what is important is that you can export all rules at once using the [Rule Set] menu-button on the
File Utilities batch processor main screen.
Rules are saved in a compact file that can be easily archived for backup purpose, or moved to another machine, emailed etc.
If rules are moved to another computer you need to check them to make sure all parameters still make sense: for example a rule may reference a drive, say drive D:, which may not be present on the other machine etc. You may also need to check the program's preferences: you may for example have a rule on Computer A that updates XMP Ratings, but the XMP rating system may be disabled in FPV's preferences on Computer B.
Other than that, it should be a piece of cake

As a side note, you can also merge a rule set previously saved into a file with the rules already loaded in the plugin, and there is also a "last document" list on the menu that allows for quick retrieval of previously saved rule sets, so you can swap rules quickly, e.g. to perform different tasks.
