Purchasing difficulty

Digital River thinks my email is a free email and won't let me purchase the product using PayPal or credit card. My email is provided by my ISP, and uses the domain. The other purchasing options are not acceptable to me. I've used Digital River to purchase software from other vendors in the past and had no difficulties. Am I out of luck?

Digital River has its own security policies, they act as resellers as far as we are concerned and there is little we can do about the way they screen email addresses.

Alternatively, there is a PayPal button on the order page, we'll get an email notification and process your order manually, usually within 1 business day. Thanks.
