Large RAW thumbnails from DVD

Large RAW thumbnails from DVD

When viewing a DVD on Windows Explorer the thumbnails work in small and medium sizes but not in large size. All other sources seem to work correctly. I have installed the last update and have done a repair with no success. Any assistance appreciated.

This issue has been fixed in some subsequent codec version.
