Free Trial conversion

Postby DonHawthorn on Mon Dec 05, 2011 7:35 pm

I bought Fast Picture Viewer Codec sometime after it was no longer offered as a free download.
I've now upgraded to Win 7 64-bit version and lost the FPV installation file.
I've downloaded the Trial version. How do I convert it to the paid up version.
$12.95 isn't much for the ability to see my RAW thumbnails but I'd prefer not to pay again, if possible.
The only thing that is the same as when I registered my paid for version is the e-mail address I used.
I doubt if I even chose to use the same login.
Thanks

You should have received an email from us after your purchase. This email contains a unique transaction number identifying your transaction with the payment processor (most probably PayPal) as well as a download link allowing you to retrieve the retail version. You can write to support@fastpictureviewer.com if you lost the delivery email. Please include the PayPal order number (from your PayPal account records) or at least the ordering email address and approximate purchase date, to facilitate the search.

Thank you very much. I found the necessary links and have now re-installed your excellent software on my desktop.
May I also install it on my laptop?
Thanks
