Partial histogram

Hi, I think your software is great for shooting tethered and checking focus and exposure.

However, there is one thing I miss (and that hasn't been mentioned here yet); a histogram of just a certain part of the picture. More specifically, seeing the histogram of only the visible part of the picture when viewing in zoom mode. I think a user configurable setting to choose between partial and "full" histogram when in zoom mode would be fine, or possibly seeing both at the same time (I don't want that, but someone might :) ). I don't know how much of a performance hit that'd do, but either my suggestion or the one for blown hilight and shadow indicator would be great. FPV is awesome as it is, but with either or both of those additions it would be absolutely perfect for me! :)

Good suggestion, however it is not possible to readily implement this due to the way the histogram is currently computed, but I'll keep that in mind for a future version.

FastPictureViewer Pro v1.6.212.0 has partial histogram through the new "zoom" window (Z) which shows a realtime 1:1 preview with optional lost highlights / lost shadows indicators.

The histogram can be linked to the zoom window (see it's right-click context menu) and, when linked, the histogram is computed on a 192x192 square portion of the image, centered on the mouse cursor, and updates itself in real-time as the mouse moves around on the image.

The histogram, eyedropper RGB values, and lost highs/lows are computed from screen pixels i.e. after color management has taken place.
