EXIF clean function

Hi Axel,

I'd like to suggest a new function for FPV Pro - EXIF clean. It would be nice if such option will be implemented in future versions. Batch job support for it appreciated too!

I don't wanna to use external utilities or using PS for such tiny function and prefer to use it via FPV Pro

That might be doable for JPEG/TIFF/HD Photo but not for raw files, which are never written to by FPV. The metadata is also used to convey information between the camera and the manufacturer's raw converters, so it would be a bad idea to alter raw files in any way or form.

Note that the Save-for-Web function currently available as a File Utilitie's "action" strips the metadata. If your intention is to produce downsized copies for web or email uses, then FPV Pro already has everything you need: it can convert all formats it understands into JPEG and can optionally apply a bit of sharpening to the output files. The possible output sizes starts from 96 pixels (XP-size thumbnails) all the way up to 2560 pixels (enough to cover a 30" monitor) and the batch export operation runs in parallel on multiple cores, so it's very quick 8-)
