It would be very helpful to have a hot-key (Shift-Click, Shift-Ctrl-Click?) to bypass the memory allocation limitations set in the FPV configuration and force to load and show image without resizing. Again, this may be per-instance user-selected to sacrifice speed when a true 100% preview when necessary.

Axel, do you think this feature can be added to FPV?

Probably not. The automatic resizing is already a corner case, and you are suggesting to make a corner case within a corner case... Perhaps I could add a command-line option to disable the entire resource consumtion control in some future version, but again if your computer is able to display the full images, why use the auto downscaling in the first place, just disable it.

A keyboard shortcut to do this in run-time - to enable/disable entire resource consumtion control in run-time

Because this is only when really need true 100% view, not for all images...
