New user/tempted buyer [Codec Pack]

Hi there! digital 3D modeling artist here. I have a question, if I'm unsatisfied with the product, would I get my full refund back? I really wish I could try out a trial of the codec pack, without risking any money. If I like it, I would gladly buy it.

PS. I've tried thumbplug, tga viewers, and 6 other image icon conversions and none of them work, so my doubts are in the air, and I'd hate to lose 15$ over a program that fails to work. I'm using Windows 7, 64x Ultimate.
