Error Message when loading on Window Premium t 64 Bit

I tired to load the free addition of fast picture viewer on Home Premium 7 64 Bit addition, but get a, Module cannot register dll error.


Anyone have info on this?

Maybe something wrong with Windows Installer, this happens sometimes. The program is actually developped on Windows 7 64-bit, and it tested here first so it's probably something happening on this particular computer.
