Portable FastPicture Viewer?

Can FastPicture Viewer be installed and run from a USB Drive?

Did a forum search nothing, then checked Roadmap, again no mention.

Is this possible? If so how?

If you put the exe and one language dll on your key, the program will start. On other computers it will run in Home Basic mode and without plugins.
