Is there still a free version for home users I currently use FastPictureViewer WIC Codec Pack1.68.1.0 but seen the Latest:1.70.0.0 version but can not find the download page?

The FastPictureViewer Codec Pack is now a commercial product, currently offered at a discount. Several new codecs, including PSD, have been added since v1.x, please see http://www.fastpictureviewer.com/codecs/ for all the details.
