FastPictureViewer 1.0.99.0 is available

Notable new features and changes include:

• Updated Dutch translation (still somewhat a work in progress).
• Ability to preload more images if resources are available (useful for fast systems with 4GB or more of RAM and/or 1GB or more of display memory).
• Minor enhancements and fixes.

As a side note, FastPictureViewer always supported up to 3GB of virtual address space in 32-bit mode (requires /3GB switch on XP/2003 or IncreaseUserVA on Vista/Win7/2008).
