I am not sure who is having trouble with this but I have tried several times to download the latest build to Fastpicture viewer 64bit build 270 and Norton 360 keeps deleting it and using a WS.Reputation.1 I searched around and am getting that it needs to be white-listed. Any ideas?

On the other hand, you could disable this paranoid feature, or just dump Norton to the trash and switch to a better and free alternative: Microsoft Security Essentials.
