FPV always loads "getting started"

When I run FPV (Latest version, 1.9 build 289 64 bit) on Windows 8, the "Getting Started with FPV 1.9" application also runs. I can't see the option to disable it. Thanks for any help.

The option is right at the bottom-left of the Getting Started window:
