Thumbnails are Sparse

I just installed FastPictureViewer codec 2.2.

Tiff's are not being displayed as thumbnails.
Some PSD's are, but not all.
Jpeg's are, but not at all display sizes.

System: Windows 7 Home Premium.

Interesting, even more so given the fact that the FastPictureViewer Codec Pack 2.2 does not handle TIFFs, nor PSDs, nor JPEGs. At all. You should look somewhere else for the causes
